What’s the difference between Roga and Roga Pro?
Roga is the asynchronous communication toolkit. It’s perfect for small teams that just need a simple tool for team members to talk to each other.
What is the check-in feature?
Check-in allows you to receive real-time notifications from third-parties (e.g. if an error happens on your application). This way, you no longer need to rely on the likes of Slack for this kind of use cases. Check-in is only available on Roga Pro.
What is brainwriting?
Brainwriting enables remote and asynchronous brainstorming. Team members contribute ideas at their convenience, avoiding the need for synchronized sessions. Set a topic and deadline, and let creativity flow!
Do you have a free version?
There is no free version, but Roga can be purchased for any amount you like. You can purchase it for as little as $1 if that’s all you feel like paying. If that’s too much for you, or if you have any other reason why you think you shouldn’t be paying, feel free to get in touch!
How hard is it to install Roga?
It’s not hard. It requires you to run a couple of commands. And if you have any issue at all, get in touch with us for help!
But I don’t use AWS
That’s fine. Creating a new AWS account takes only a couple of minutes. AWS and serverless allow us to build a super scalable platform, and keep costs extremely low while moving fast. In the future, we may consider building a version of Roga that runs outside of AWS, but that’s on the roadmap as of today.
Is Roga open source?
Not exactly, but you do get access to the source code when you buy it.
How much does it cost to run Roga?
Roga is built 100% using serverless technologies on AWS. For a small team, you’re likely to stay well within AWS’s free tier. For medium teams, it should only cost you a few dollars a month (at most).
